You can get pencilled-in straight away. Once you’re ready to confirm, we’ll ask for a deposit payment of £10pp to secure your spot.
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your booking date. If you would like to pay by BACs payments this must be completed 10 working days before the event. Your deposit payment will be deducted from your final bill and where applicable will be put towards your minimum spend requirement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments by cheque.
Yes. Please submit your menu choices through our online pre-order system 14 days before your booking, along with details of any dietary requirements.
Any amendments to menu choices can be made up to 10 working days before your event, although earlier is always appreciated. If you require menus without calorie information, just let the team know.
We don’t have on-site parking, but there are several city-centre car parks just a short walk away. Charlotte Street, Broad Street and The Podium are all convenient options.
Bath is also a Clean Air Zone, so it’s worth checking whether any charges apply to your vehicle before you travel.
Prefer to leave the car at home? Bath Spa Train Station and Bath Bus Station are both around a 10–15 minute walk from us, giving you one less thing to think about (and one more reason to enjoy another cider).
